Do you roast your own coffee beans?

We roast 15 different types of green coffee beans from Sumatra to Ethiopia to Costa Rica and Peru. Many of them are available Fair Trade Organic as well.

What method do you use to brew your coffee?

We use a pour-over method to brew each cup individually.  We feel our coffees taste their best when brewed this way. Pour-over produces a cleaner cup and brings out the coffees true flavors.

Do you make espresso drinks?

We make 20 varieties of hot and iced espresso drinks, including a traditional macchiato, latte and our cool coffee whip.

Do you carry any food?

We bake several types of cookies and scones daily, and we make several unique salads and hummus dips.  We carry gluten free baked goods, as well.

Do you have vegan and vegetarian food options?

We offer many vegetarian options and vegan as well.

Do you carry any ice cream?

We have Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream in 8 flavors, we also have the option of soy flavors.  These ice creams can also be used in our signature espresso shake.
