ROASTED COFFEE

ACOCA offers free delivery of house-roasted coffee beans on Tuesdays and Thursdays, within the HWY 41 / 441 loop. Available in quantities from 1/2lb to 5lb. $15 minimum for free delivery. Please note some of our offerings vary seasonally. Call (920) 993-1458 to schedule!

ACOCA is Appleton's longest running coffee roaster. Most of our beans are sourced fair trade and organic (FTO), ensuring the best quality and trade practices in the industry.

 

Our green beans are hand selected and roasted in small batches daily, ensuring the freshest coffee and the most flavorful cup.

CLASSIC ESPRESSO

A blend of Sumatra and Costa Rica. A unique blend creating a bold, earthy, chocolate and nuttiness finishing with the perfect amount of creamy brightness.

COLOMBIA

Complex flavors with sugar cane, lemon-lime, perfumed florals, apple and clove flavors with a nutty aftertaste; bright and sweet with tart fruit acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.

CONGO (FTO)

Sweet and tangy acidity and a smooth mouthfeel; chocolate, lemon tea, basil, and grapefruit.

COSTA RICA

Sweet with lots of tart acidity; lemon, toffee, almond and melon flavor.

EL SALVADOR (FTO)

Mild, sweet and clean with cocoa, dried cherry and almond flavors.

GUATEMALA (FTO)

Toffee and ameretto flavors with tart citric acidity.

KENYA AA

Sweet with tart acidity and smooth mouthfeel; peanut brittle, lemon and chocolate flavors.

NICARAGUA (FTO)

Mellow cocoa and coffee flavors with citric acidity and a savory aftertaste.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA (FTO)

Heavy with cedar flavor.

PERU (FTO)

Savory and sweet with citric acidity and a smooth mouth feel; almond and citrus fruit flavors with an herbal aftertaste.

RWANDA (FTO)

Balanced, sweet and creamy with a sugary mouthfeel; lots of citrus flavor with apple, caramel, brown sugar and green grape.

SUMATRA (FTO)

Sweet and tangy acidity and a smooth mouthfeel; grapefruit and sweet cedar flavors.

SULAWESI

A robust, earthy flavored coffee with notes of dark chocolate, walnut, raisin and granola.

MOKA YEMENI

Second oldest coffee culture in the world. Cocoa, chocolate and wild berry flavors; sweet and citric with a textured mouthfeel. *Available in 1 pound bags only.

441 DARK ROAST SUMATRA (FTO)

Seemingly heavy bodied coffee with a rich, smoky aroma, mild earthiness butterscotch and low acidity.

ALISON'S BLEND

Costa Rica and Guatemala blend; Savory and tart with lemongrass, cocoa and citrus fruit with a hazelnut aftertaste.

HOUSE BLEND AKA ROY'S BLEND (FTO)

Ethiopia (FTO) and Sumatra (FTO); vegetal with lemon and cedar flavors.

LIGHT ROAST GUATEMALA (FTO)

A bright and lively cup, giving you distinct flavors and aroma. Sweet pear, tangy citrus, with hints of nuttiness and baking spice.

LIGHT ROAST NICARAGUA (FTO)

Crisp and citric with chocoate and toffee flavor and a nutty aftertaste.

HOUSE COLD BREW BLEND

Specialty house cold brew blend of fair trade organic Sumatra and Papua New Guinea. A smooth low acid 24 hour cold press with notes of chocolate and hazelnut. Recommended grind for Cold brew prep at home: Course.
